OutfitSwap ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use the OutfitSwap mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This policy complies with the latest Apple App Store Review Guidelines.

2. Data Collection and Processing

To provide our core AI virtual try-on services, we collect the following information:

  • User Images: When you use the "Swap" feature, the person and garment photos you upload are transmitted to our secure servers for processing. These images are used solely to generate your virtual try-on results.
  • Device Identifiers: We use unique device identifiers (stored in the system-level Keychain) to manage your swap credits, maintain login sessions, and provide subscription services.
  • In-App Purchase Data: We process subscriptions through Apple StoreKit. We only record necessary transaction receipts to verify your Pro membership status.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

  • Temporary Image Processing: Photos uploaded by users are periodically cleared according to system policies after AI processing is complete. We do not permanently store your original photos.
  • User Accounts: We retain your basic information as long as your account is active. You can request to delete your account and all associated data at any time through the "Settings" menu within the app or by contacting us.

4. Subscription and Payment Security

All payments are handled through the Apple App Store. We do not directly collect or store your credit card information. Our Pro plans include the following terms:

  • Tiered Cooldown Rules: To ensure fair allocation of system resources, free users follow dynamic tiered limits (1-day cooldown after the 1st and 2nd swaps, followed by 7-day cooldowns).
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

5. Third-Party Services

We may use the following third-party services:

  • Firebase Analytics: Used to track app crashes and feature usage frequency to help us optimize the experience. All data is processed anonymously.
  • Tencent Cloud: Used for secure cloud computing and data storage.
